      <image:title>Why tea? - What’s the deal with tea?</image:title>
<image:caption>I like a good cup of tea. It was also part of my growing up. Need to talk? Cup of tea. Rough day? Cup of tea. It wasn’t the cup of tea itself, but rather the experiences. This is an experience of acceptance and being heard I want to extend to others through my practice. Through therapy and telehealth we can have those moments in which you can feel supported in such a way you can work on life’s challenges.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Who I Help - Who Do I Help?</image:title>
<image:caption>I help over-thinkers who look put together on the outside but feel constantly on edge underneath. I work with adults navigating the aftershocks of childhood experiences they thought they already dealt with. I help successful people who continue to find road blocks in their home lives and relationships and struggle with completing tasks. I assist people who have just lost someone and need help learning what life looks like now.</image:caption>
